• The client publishes or uses drafts without payment authorization.
• Invoice payments are overdue or delayed.

Termination of services may occur instantly without prior notice, and all licenses for unpaid drafts will be voided.

• Use bot scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to extract our website text.
